Core Service Terms
❤I reserve the right to refuse any commission project at my discretion.❤Initiating a commission constitutes the client’s unconditional agreement to all the terms outlined herein.❤All service prices are denominated in US Dollars. The final price is determined based on the actual workload of the project. Should the commission requirements involve increased complexity or additional content, corresponding extra fees will be charged.❤I only provide high-quality modeling services following a unified standard (no tiered service levels), and strive to deliver optimal creative results for every single project.❤Clients must provide a complete and clear description of all requirements when initiating a commission. No requests for additional content will be accepted after the commission is confirmed, so as to avoid disrupting the overall scheduling and delivery efficiency.❤Commission scheduling shall take effect upon payment of the deposit. Projects without a paid deposit will not be included in the waiting queue. Reference illustration materials must be delivered within the agreed timeframe. In case of overdue delivery, clients may either cancel the order or reschedule it—rescheduling for a later slot will incur a rush fee, while rescheduling to the end of the waiting queue will not require any rush fee.❤The number of designated reviewers for the commission is limited to one person, to avoid increased communication costs or ambiguities in requirements caused by multiple rounds of conflicting feedback.❤I highly value creative freedom and retain exclusive stylistic interpretation rights in the modeling process. Therefore, work-in-progress (WIP) confirmation services are not provided. Revision services are only applicable to fix model bugs, and do not cover non-bug-related adjustment requests.❤Clients must ensure that all provided materials such as character illustrations and designs are legally copyrighted or properly licensed. In the event of disputes arising from copyright infringement of the provided materials, the client shall bear full responsibility. I reserve the right to terminate the cooperation and retain all fees already received.❤Clients must ensure that the provided illustration materials meet the modeling standards. If the provided illustration files lack sufficient layer separation, I will clearly specify the parts that require additional splitting. The modeling work may only proceed after the illustrator has completed the required adjustments; otherwise, delivery delays may occur.❤Final deliverables will only be in formats compatible with VTube Studio (VTS) face tracking software. Due to differences in clients’ face tracking devices and facial features, model debugging services are not included in the delivery. Clients are expected to have basic operational proficiency to use the model.❤I reserve the right to post WIPs or completed commission works for showcase on social media platforms. If clients require confidentiality for the commissioned model, written communication must be conducted prior to initiating the commission, and additional fees will be charged for the confidentiality service based on the duration of confidentiality required.❤Order cancellations may be requested before the commission officially starts, but the paid deposit will not be refunded. No cancellation requests of any kind will be accepted once the commission is officially underway (i.e., modeling work has commenced).❤During the cooperation period, if any matters deemed unreasonable or inappropriate by me arise (including but not limited to repeated changes of requirements, communication difficulties, violations of the agreed terms, etc.), I reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation and retain the deposit.❤If there are significant discrepancies between the final provided illustration materials or revised requirements and the initial commission agreement, I reserve the right to refuse to undertake the project.❤Upon model delivery, the client obtains the right to use the model; the copyright shall remain with me (MochiNeko).❤Permanent after-sales services are not provided, and future content updates for the commissioned model cannot be guaranteed.❤If clients require additional services after model delivery, they may consult for details. Such services will be charged according to the current price list, and the client will need to rejoin the waiting queue; specific scheduling will be negotiated separately.

(The range of motion for head/body XYZ-axis rotation is based on the demonstration effects of my previous models (reference links available upon request). Custom adjustments based on specific angle values are not available.)

(Tongue protrusion via VBridge is a paid add-on service.)

Add-on Service Pricing
All prices listed below are base rates. The final quote will be confirmed based on your specific requirements:·Additional expressions: $20 per expression

·Clothing/accessory-related services: Extra fees apply if the illustration includes clothing change mechanics, or if accessories increase workload (including but not limited to hats, capes, wings, horns).
·Character design complexity surcharge: Additional fees will be charged if the design involves elements that increase modeling workload (including but not limited to highly asymmetrical hairstyles, excessive layer counts, or complex layer structures).
·Upon completion of the model commission, should you need to add rigging services for new costumes based on the existing model, I will provide independent files for the new costume production. The base price for this service is set at 50% of the total price of the current commission.
Payment Policy
(I) Payment Schedule Options
After all details are confirmed via email, you may choose either of the following payment methods:1.10% of the total price as a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance to be paid in full before the commencement of modeling. I will proactively remind you to settle the balance. Failure to make payment within 5 days will be deemed an automatic order cancellation by the client, and the paid deposit will not be refundable.2.Full payment of the total price in one lump sum.
Note: Only after the deposit or full payment is completed will your commission be officially added to the schedule queue.
·Should the client unilaterally cancel the commission after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refundable. If the project cannot be completed due to reasons on my end, all fees received (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.
·Payment of the deposit or full amount must be finalized within 3 days of quote confirmation. Late payments will be regarded as a waiver of the commission, and your scheduling eligibility will be revoked.
·In the event that multiple clients request the same available slot, priority will be given to the client who completes the deposit payment first.
(II) Payment Methods
·Alipay: Direct transfers are supported.
·VGen: My VGen commission page is set to private. If you opt for this method, I will provide you with an exclusive payment link.
Full Commission Process
1.Carefully read and confirm your agreement to all service terms.
2.Contact MochiNeko via the designated email address and submit the complete commission application information as required.
3.Receive the project quote, then complete the payment (deposit or full amount) to be officially added to the schedule queue.
4.Receive a notification for the start of modeling and enter the production phase. The standard production cycle is 15–30 working days.
5.Receive the final model delivery files upon project completion.
6.If bugs are detected during usage, you may contact MochiNeko via email to request free fixes (the free bug-fix period is 12 months from the date of model delivery). The email must clearly specify the exact location and detailed description of the bug.
Supplementary Service Rules
·CMO3 (Live2D Cubism project files) are not included in the standard service by default. If CMO3 files are required, an additional fee equivalent to 100% of the total price will be charged.·Rush Delivery Rules:
1.Completion and delivery within 1 month of commission confirmation: An additional 50% of the total price as a rush fee applies.2.Completion and delivery within 2 months of commission confirmation: An additional 30% of the total price as a rush fee applies.·Rush services are only available for delivery within 2 months; requests for rush delivery beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
·Once the rush service is confirmed, the delivery date cannot be changed. If the client requests a delivery delay, the paid rush fee will not be refundable, and the schedule will be recalculated accordingly.3.For character illustrations with fully asymmetrical designs (e.g., slight side profile), an additional fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
